System of microprocessor conveyer control

System of microprocessor conveyer control (SMCC) is intended for centralized operation control and automatic control of stationary and semi-stationary bifurcated conveyer belts and individual mine conveyers.
The system allows a conveyer transport operator to get full data about the state of conveyers, possible faults, to have detector addresses echoed and conveyer start/stop commands transferred.
SMCC hardware component is based on modern microprocessor devices ensuring control of the terminal switches status, detector signal processing, technological locking devices, control of the number of engaged and disengaged starters of conveyer drive motors, routing, required conveyer transport operating modes and the level of data support.
SMCC is intended for use in macroclimatic regions with moderate climate and is manufactured as U version of category 5 in compliance with State Standard 15150-69 within the operational temperature range from — 5 to +35° C.
SMCC incorporates the following devices:
- Surface data transferring unit S-DTU;
- Sub-surface data transfer unit DTU;
- Central station CS;
- Conveyer control unit CCU;
- Panel conveyer control unit P-CCU;
- Deflector control unit DCU;
- Terminal switches and detectors control unit TSDCU;
- Signal amplifier SA.
