Extraction apparatus can be manufactured alongside with foam catcher intended to remove foam from the surface of extraction apparatus.
Extraction apparatus mechanism
Extraction apparatus incorporates major units and parts: bowl, revolving arms, bearing assembly, inlet pipe, distributing cone, discharge, foam gate, overflow launder, foam catcher and foam gate as well as specially constructed bearing.
Control of operating procedure is carried out by means of software and hardware system according to predetermined algorithm.
Extraction apparatus (as agreed with the purchaser) is additionally provided with the following accessories:
- flocculant preparation plant without loss of home-made flocculating property.
- pulp/flocculant contacting apparatus;
- positive displacement flocculant dosing pump;
- positive displacement thickened slime exhaust pump.
