Thermal relay
Thermal relay TR is designed for integration into mine set (compact) stations and start-protection apparatus with voltage up to 1140 V of alternate current and frequency 50 Hz, which functions as an overheat control device for electromotors and other equipment with integrated semi-conducting or bimetallic intrinsically safe temperature detectors.
The relay can be designed in the following versions:
- TR-01 — for integration into mine set electrical equipment;
- TR-02 — for integration into mine start-protection apparatus.
Climatic version MCC (moderately cold climate) location category 5 according to State Standard 15150-69.
Relay electrical diagram is to:
- deactivate operating equipment or block activation of disengaged equipment in case temperature detector resistance exceeds 4 kOm;
- return the diagram into initial condition in case temperature detector resistance is lower than 1.7 kOm;
- prevent automatic switching in case of short-term supply voltage rise up to 150% from the rated voltage.
